Single-axis Flip Positioner Welding Workstation
•Suitable for small to medium-sized welding workpieces with weld seams distributed across multiple surfaces. The workpiece can be automatically flipped 360°, ensuring good welding torch posture and accessibility for straight, curved, and circular arc seams.
•High-precision servo motors and reducers ensure the positioner's repeat positioning accuracy. Fixtures are easy to disassemble and replace, offering strong automation expandability.
•Optional integration of motors of the same type as the robot body enables 7-axis coordinated motion, facilitating continuous welding of corner and circular arc seams.
•Applicable to MAG/MIG/TIG/plasma arc welding automatic welding processes, as well as robotic plasma cutting, flame cutting, laser cutting, and other applications.
