Working Principle
A welding positioner is a workpiece positioning mechanism that rotates and tilts the workpiece to place the weld seam in the optimal position for welding. It is mainly used for rotating and positioning non-elongated workpieces such as frames, bases, flanges, and heads during welding. It can also be used for assembly, cutting, inspection, and other operations. Through the rotation, tilting, and lifting of the worktable, the workpiece fixed on the worktable can be adjusted to the required welding or assembly angle, making the welding operation more convenient and efficient, ensuring welding quality, and improving welding productivity and operational safety.
