Working Principle
A welding positioner is a workpiece positioning mechanism that rotates and tilts the workpiece to position the weld seam in the optimal orientation for welding. It is primarily used for rotating and positioning non-elongated workpieces such as frames, bases, flanges, and heads during welding, and can also be applied in assembly, cutting, inspection, and other operations. Through the rotation, tilting, and lifting of the worktable, the workpiece fixed on it can be adjusted to the desired welding or assembly angle, making the welding process more convenient and efficient, ensuring weld quality, and improving welding productivity as well as operational safety.
