Suitable for thin and thick plate welding?
A：Yes. Laser welding is perfect for 0.5mm-5mm thin plate with no deformation. MIG gas shielded welding is suitable for 3mm-30mm thick plate with strong penetration and firm welding seam.
Do you support non-standard customization?
A：Yes, 100% support non-standard customization. We can customize robot axis number, linear track length, welding fixture, positioner, working station layout according to customers’ workpiece size, shape, production output and factory site.
What documents are needed for customization?
A：Customers only need to provide workpiece photos, size parameters, material thickness, daily output requirements and factory site size. 2D/3D drawings are better. Our technical team will design the exclusive solution and layout drawing for free.
Can you customize exclusive welding fixtures?
A：Yes. We independently design custom welding jigs and fixtures according to customer workpieces, to ensure accurate positioning and stable welding quality.
How about your equipment quality? What brand are the core parts?
A：We adopt first-line domestic and international brand core accessories for system integration. All complete equipment will pass 3 times full-function debugging and 24-hour continuous operation test in our workshop before delivery, to ensure the stability, safety and consistency of the whole welding system.
How about welding accuracy and stability?
A：The repeated positioning accuracy of the automatic welding robot can reach ±0.05mm. The welding seam is uniform and beautiful, effectively reducing manual welding errors and defective rate, and greatly improving product consistency.
How durable is the equipment? What is the service life?
A：Under normal working and daily maintenance, the service life can reach 8-10 years. The wearing parts are low-cost and easy to replace, with low later maintenance cost.
What is your integration delivery capacity?
A：We have a professional integration & commissioning workshop and mature technical team, with stable monthly delivery capacity of customized welding robot workstations. We can independently match robot ground tracks, positioners and other welding auxiliary equipment, fully meet the delivery requirements of standard integrated equipment and non-standard customized equipment, and support bulk order customization and delivery.
What is the delivery time for standard and customized machines?
A：Standard collaborative welding robot: 10-15 working days. Standard 6-axis automatic workstation: 15-20 working days. Custom 7/8/9-axis + track workstation: 25-35 working days.
Can we prioritize delivery for urgent orders?
A：Yes. For customer urgent projects, we can adjust the integration and commissioning schedule appropriately to prioritize delivery, and try our best to meet the customer's project time node.
