What types of welding robots do you have?
A：We have two main series: collaborative welding robot and automatic industrial welding robot. The automatic type supports 6-axis standard model and 7/8/9-axis + linear track customized model, covering MIG/MAG gas shielded welding and laser welding processes.
How to choose collaborative or automatic welding robot?
A：Collaborative welding robot: suitable for small batch, multi-style, irregular workpieces, flexible operation, low investment, ideal for small and medium factories. Automatic robot workstation: suitable for mass production, fixed workpiece, high efficiency and stable welding quality, support 9-axis and long track customization for complex workpieces.
What is the difference between MIG and laser welding?
A：MIG gas shielded welding: low cost, strong penetration, suitable for thick steel, stainless steel, hardware structural parts, widely used in industrial mass production. Laser welding: high precision, small welding seam, low deformation, suitable for thin plate, precision parts, new energy accessories and high-end products.
What is the maximum axis customization? Does it support linear track?
A：We support standard 6-axis welding robot, and customized 7/8/9-axis + linear track solution. It can realize long-distance moving welding and multi-angle all-round welding, perfectly solving the welding difficulty of long and complex workpieces.
