Two-axis L-type positioner robotic workstation
The two-axis L-type positioner can accommodate the discrepancy between the workpiece and the optimal welding angle. When the robot's welding torch works in coordination with the robot's fixed-path operation, it thoroughly eliminates defects caused by uneven manual welding speed and angular deviations (such as welding misalignment, porosity, inclusions, and inconsistent weld width). The rotation speed of the positioner can be precisely matched to the welding speed to achieve synchronized positioner-welding motion, thereby ensuring stable molten pool formation, a smooth welding appearance, and reliable mechanical properties.
With a rotational repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm and minimal angular control deviation, the welding path and parameters are fully consistent across batches. Post-weld grinding is significantly reduced, effectively enhancing the overall quality standardization of products. This workstation is ideal for industries such as automotive components, hardware, and pipe fittings that have strict requirements for weld stability.
