Technical Features
Robotic workstation with horizontal rotating three-axis horizontal positioner
Suitable for small to medium-sized welded parts with weld seams distributed across multiple faces. The workpiece can be automatically rotated 360°, ensuring optimal welding torch posture and accessibility for straight, curved, and circular weld seams.
High-precision servo motors and reducers guarantee precise positioning repeatability of the positioner. The fixture is easy to disassemble and replace, offering strong automation scalability.
An optional motor of the same type as the robot body enables 7-axis coordinated motion, facilitating continuous welding of corner and circular seams.
Adaptable to automatic welding processes such as MAG/MIG/TIG/plasma arc welding, and also applicable to robotic plasma cutting, flame cutting, and laser cutting.
